Most Rev. Kevin C. Rhoades, bishop of the Fort Wayne-South Bend (Ind.) Diocese, recently celebrated Mass and had lunch with Holy Cross religious living at Holy Cross House, Notre Dame, Ind.
Holy Cross House is a community of priests and brothers who are retired or recovering from illness or injury.
Bishops Rhoades thanked the priests and brothers at the Mass and those watching from their rooms for the work they accomplished throughout their lives in building up the Church worldwide.
You can read the whole story about Bishop Rhoades’ visit to Holy Cross House in this week’s Today’s Catholic on page 4.
