It is with great joy and thanksgiving that the Congregation of Holy Cross, United States Province of Priests and Brothers, announces the First Profession of Vows of five novices from the Holy Cross Novitiate in Cascade, Colorado.
“This is an exceptional class of young men that possess the uncanny ability to make things happen — I have witnessed it,” explains Novice Master Rev. Kenneth Molinaro, C.S.C. “This past year has been about the interior yearning that lies within each of you. It has to do with your surrendering all that you have and all that you possess as you offer it all to the one who loved you first.”
Mr. Keenan Bross, C.S.C., Mr. T.J. Groden, C.S.C., Mr. Christopher Mulholland, C.S.C., Mr. John Ryan IV, C.S.C., and Mr. Tyler Tangen, C.S.C., professed their Vows in a celebration of the Eucharist at Sacred Heart Parish in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on Sunday, July 31. During the Mass, the newly professed received the Holy Cross habit as well as the Cross and Anchors as signs of their professed membership in the Congregation.
The men have returned to Moreau Seminary at Notre Dame, Indiana where they will continue their initial formation in Holy Cross, while a new group of ten novices will be arriving in Cascade later this month.
