Congratulations to Gideon Muriithi, C.S.C., who took his final profession of vows at the Holy Cross Novitiate at Lake Saaka, Uganda, and was ordained a deacon the following day. Five Holy Cross religious, Rev. Erasto Moshi Mao, C.S.C., Rev. Gerald Kityo, C.S.C., Rev. Nicodemus Kisonga, C.S.C., Rev. Peter Qorro, C.S.C. and Rev. John Baptist Ssemagand, C.S.C., were ordained to the priesthood on that same day. Bishop Robert Muhiirwa Akiiki was the ordaining bishop for our new deacon and priests.
