Mangore Church – an outstation of St. Felista Parish in Utegi, Musoma-Tanzania – broke ground on September 13, 2023. The foundation work is complete and the construction of walls, columns, and back filling continues to progress. Several members of the parish community are actively involved in the construction process, making the bricks by hand on site for use in the construction of the church.
Around 250 Christians gather each Sunday for the celebration of Mass with the new church anticipated to be completed in January 2024.
